I know from experience that the world of fitness and nutrition can be daunting and confusing. Many women tell me they feel intimidated to begin exercise or enter a gym, and as a result have not been active for the majority of their lives. It is a shame that this is the case, as this type of lifestyle generally leads to unhealthy habits, health conditions, low confidence and self-esteem.
This is where the idea of TWR Personal Training came from, with the goal of empowering women. As part of the TWR team you will be supported to become the best version of yourself, to live a happy, healthy life. I believe in providing clients with expert knowledge, support and motivation to easily make fitness and good nutrition an enjoyable part of their daily lifestyle. All you need is dedication and consistency!

Run in a private personal training studio in Riverside Park, Middlesbrough, UK. There is a Maximum of 12 clients per bootcamp to ensure everyone receives the support they deserve. Bootcamp sessions include a mixture of resistance training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) for the ultimate total body workout.
