My name is Rose, and I am a personal trainer at TWR Personal Training.
I know from experience that the world of fitness and nutrition can be daunting and confusing. Many women tell me they feel intimidated to begin exercise or enter a gym, and as a result have not been active for the majority of their lives. It is a shame that this is the case, as this type of lifestyle generally leads to unhealthy habits, health conditions, low confidence and self-esteem.
This is where TWR Personal Training iniitially came from, you will be supported to become the best version of yourself, to live a happy, healthy life. I believe in providing clients with expert knowledge, support and motivation to easily make fitness and good nutrition an enjoyable part of their daily lifestyle. All you need is dedication and consistency!
